Q. How much are the items I want are going to cost me to be shipped?

A.  We only pass on to you the actual shipping costs we have to pay. We will ensure that it is sent the most cost effective way whether by Royal Mail, ParcelForce, DPD, City Link or other courier.

When you add an item to the shopping cart the shipping cost is displayed.

 If you are logged into your account our postage calculator looks at your address post code and calculates from that, how much it postage will cost. If you're not logged in the the calculator will assume your in Zone 1 and give you the costs of posting there.

To see how much the items you want to purchase are going to cost to you send it is best to log into your account. Once logged in our shipping calculator will show you how much more weight you can add to your shopping basket for no additional postage cost.

For Example

0 - 2 kilos is sent by Royal Mail

0.5 kilo - £2.60
1 Kilo - £3.70
1.5 Kilo - £5.80
2 Kilo - £7.85

(add £1 for recorded delivery)

2 - 25 kilo is sent by DPD or City Lnk 48 hour - £8.80 Zone 1 (24 hour delivery £12.50)

Zone 1 is UK mainland excluding Scottish Highlands (and excludes Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man)

larger items 100+ Kg will be sent by pallet at a cost of £75 for 48 hour service

Q. Can I collect from you Ruislip distribution centre to save shipping costs.

A. Yes you can. You will need to telephone our sales office on 020 8201 0588 to arrange. We can proccess your credit card payments securely over the telephone or you can pay cash on collection. (there are no credit card processing facilities at the warehouse)

Q. I have an order for a lot of items in my shopping cart but your postage calculator does not give me a quote?

A. This will either because the weight or the volume have gone over the limit for normal couriers. If you leave these items in your basket and contact us we will give a quote for a pallet service to your post code.
